Vedic Meditation Course in Melbourne (St Kilda)


Join Laura and learn the effortless practice of Vedic meditation. Taught in 4 x 1.5-2hr sessions over four consecutive days, you will learn how to naturally and easily dissolve stress and fatigue from the body, so you can experience greater wakefulness, calmness and creativity. With transformative Vedic wisdom woven through each session, you will leave the course inspired with your new daily practice, and supported by a community of local meditators.

4 Session Course

Choose one of the session times for the first day, and then attend the group sessions over the following 3 days.

Session 1 - choose your preference - limited spaces available per time slot

  • 7am-8:15am

  • 8:30am-9:45am

  • 10am-11:15am

  • 4:30pm-5:45pm

  • 6pm-7:15pm

Session 2 -1pm-3pm

Session 3 - 9am-11am

Session 4 - 6pm-8pm

Cancellation Policy: 7+ days away = 100% refund. 7-3 days away = 100% transferable. Within 48 hours = there is no refund within 48 hours of the course unless you are Covid positive, in which case the course can be transferred.
